2. Booking and Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings.

• Deposits will be deducted from the final cost of your tattoo.

• If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice.

• Failure to attend your appointment or late cancellation will result in the loss of your deposit.

• Deposits cannot be transferred to another person.

3. Age and Identification

• You must be 18 years or older to receive a tattoo.

• Valid photo identification (passport, driver’s licence, or ID card) is required on the day of your appointment.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if age or identity cannot be verified.

4. Health and Safety

• Please inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications that may affect the tattoo process or healing.

• We maintain strict hygiene standards and use single-use, sterilized equipment for every client.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe tattooing may pose a health risk.

5. Aftercare

• Your artist will provide detailed aftercare instructions after your session.

• You are responsible for following these instructions to ensure proper healing.

• Hex Tattoo Studio is not responsible for complications arising from failure to follow aftercare advice.

6. Payments and Pricing

• All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and may vary depending on size, placement, and design complexity.

• Full payment is due upon completion of your tattoo.

• We accept cash, card, and bank transfer (where applicable).

7. Refunds and Touch-Ups

• Tattoos are non-refundable once the work has been completed.

• Touch-ups may be offered at the artist’s discretion and must be arranged within a reasonable time frame after the tattoo has healed.

• Touch-ups do not apply to tattoos that have been neglected or improperly cared for.

8. Copyright and Artwork

• All tattoo designs remain the intellectual property of Hex Tattoo Studio and the artist.

• You may not reproduce, copy, or modify any artwork without written permission.

9. Liability

• Hex Tattoo Studio and its artists are not liable for any allergic reactions, infections, or complications arising from your tattoo, provided hygiene and aftercare guidelines have been followed.

• You agree to release and waive Hex Tattoo Studio from any claims related to your tattoo experience.
